Clearing What's Already There
Demolition
We remove existing structures, slabs, concrete, and foundations to make way for what's next.
What This Service Includes
Before you can build something new, sometimes something old has to come down. We handle the demolition and removal of existing structures — sheds, outbuildings, old foundations, concrete slabs, and other site improvements that need to go.
We demo safely and efficiently, remove all debris from the site, and leave the area ready for whatever is planned next. If there's grading or site prep needed after demolition, we can handle that in the same mobilization.
We work on residential properties and light commercial sites. Every demolition job is different — we assess the structure and materials before quoting so there are no surprises on either side.
What To Expect
Structure Assessment
We evaluate what's being removed, how it's built, and the safest and most efficient way to bring it down.
Demo & Removal
Structure comes down, debris is sorted and removed from the site. We don't leave a pile for someone else to deal with.
Site Cleared
The footprint is cleared and ready — whether that's bare ground, a graded pad, or prepared for new construction.
Is This The Right Service?
This service is right for property owners removing old outbuildings, sheds, concrete slabs, or small structures to make way for new construction or landscaping.
Large commercial demolition or structural demolition of occupied buildings is outside our scope. If you're unsure whether your project qualifies, call us and we'll give you a straight answer.
What Affects The Cost
Structure Size And Material
A small wood shed demos faster and cheaper than a large concrete block structure. Materials determine method and disposal cost.
Concrete And Foundation Removal
Breaking out and hauling concrete is more involved than wood frame demolition — it's priced accordingly.
Site Access
Tight access limits what equipment we can bring in, which can affect how the job is approached and priced.
Common Questions
Do I need a permit to demolish a structure in North Carolina?
In most cases yes — even small structures often require a demolition permit from your county. We recommend confirming with your local building department before scheduling.
Do you handle asbestos or hazardous materials?
No. If hazardous materials are present, they need to be assessed and removed by a licensed abatement contractor before we can demo. We'll let you know if that's a concern when we assess the structure.
Can you grade the area after demo?
Yes. We can grade and prep the footprint in the same mobilization so the site is ready for whatever comes next.
